Stocked sizes dispatch in three to five business days. Metro delivery is two to four days after that, regional four to eight.
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. Additional charges may apply only for limited-access addresses, and we confirm those with you before delivery.
Yes. Additional delivery charges may apply for apartments or properties with limited access, including locations requiring stair access. Any additional costs will depend on the delivery conditions and will be confirmed with you prior to delivery.
No. Every mirror comes with an Australian plug, so it can go straight into a power point. If you would rather hide the cable, a licensed electrician can hardwire it.
No. The IP54 rating suits the area around a basin. Inside a shower enclosure needs a higher rating than any backlit mirror carries.
Where a mirror dims, it does so from its own sensor with a long press. Each product page lists what that model does. Do not fit a wall dimmer.
Two years on the LED, driver, demister, glass and frame, covering parts and workmanship. Return freight on approved claims is on us.
Unused, uninstalled stocked items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies and return delivery is at your cost. Special-order and clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Photograph the product and the packaging, then submit a warranty and support claim as soon as you can. Faults and transit damage are handled under Australian Consumer Law, separately from change-of-mind returns.
