An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in which case we refund in full.
Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order. Additional charges may apply for apartments or properties with limited access and are confirmed before delivery. Delivery times on the site are estimates.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled stocked items in original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. Faults are handled under our two-year warranty and the Australian Consumer Law. See the returns and refunds and warranty pages for detail.
Products are supplied with an Australian plug for connection to a standard power point. Where a product is hardwired, the work must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian wiring rules. Damage arising from hardwiring by an unlicensed person is not covered.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid.
