When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and payment details. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
When you browse, we collect standard analytics such as pages viewed and the device used, through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Couriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the order. Payment providers receive what they need to take payment. We do not sell personal information.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@craftedfixtures.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
We use cookies to keep your bag between visits and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the bag will then empty when you close the window.
