Before you start

A little planning makes fitting quick. Decide the mirror position, confirm the wall is finished and sealed, and have the box unpacked so the bracket and cable are ready.

Plug in or hardwire

Every mirror comes with an Australian plug, so it can go straight into a power point. If you would rather hide the cable, a licensed electrician can hardwire it. In Australia that work must be done by a licensed electrician.

Bathroom zones and ratings

Australian wiring rules divide a bathroom into zones based on distance from water. Every mirror in the range is rated IP54, which suits the area above a basin or vanity. They are not designed to sit inside a shower enclosure.

If something does not work

No light: check the plug is in and the power point is switched on. Flicker: usually a non-compatible dimmer. Demister not warming: allow ten minutes after first switch-on. If none of those help, email us your order number and we will sort it.
